Email Finder - Redesigning
A complete redesign of the Email Finder tool to improve its usability, visual clarity, and responsiveness. The project focuses on creating a cleaner, more intuitive interface using modern UI principles, auto layout, and consistent design patterns, making the user experience smoother across all devices.

Problem :
Sales and marketing teams spend a lot of time hunting emails across multiple tools and still end up with bad addresses that bounce and hurt sender reputation, which wastes time and budget. People cannot see where an email came from or how confident the tool is, so they do manual checks and lose momentum before a campaign launches. Bulk search, verification, and export sit in different places, so building a clean list takes too long and delays outreach.

Solution :
Bring finding, verifying, enriching, and exporting into one simple flow so users can build a clean list fast and start outreach with confidence. Show confidence scores and source labels next to each email, and block risky addresses with built‑in real‑time and bulk verification to reduce hard bounces. Make exports one click to CRM or CSV with clear mapping, so teams move from leads to sends without extra steps.
Challenge :
Balancing coverage and accuracy is hard, because guessing more addresses can increase bounces and damage domain reputation if verification is weak. Explaining data sources, consent, and compliance in plain language without cluttering the UI needs careful hierarchy and microcopy. Scaling bulk verification and enrichment with low latency is technically demanding and directly affects perceived reliability.

Summary :
This redesign focuses on faster, cleaner prospecting by merging find‑verify‑export, surfacing confidence and sources, and stopping bad emails before they reach the list. The aim is fewer hard bounces, quicker time‑to‑first‑list, and better outreach ROI that teams can feel in day‑to‑day work, not just in dashboards. A clear, simple case study structure with metrics and before/after visuals will make the project easy to evaluate on Behance.
